About Carlos Rincon

As a recent Venezuelan immigrant, companies count on me to lead projects from concept-to-completion, design solutions and solve complex problems that span industries – from renewable energy to residential construction, manufacturing to exporting. Employed today as a Project Manager, I bring to the table entrepreneurial insights, business lessons learned and a talent for managing highly-diverse relationships and teams in Venezuela wearing multiple hats (CRO, CFO, COO) as the CEO of 2 startups and a boutique investment firm. CONTACT CARV73@ICLOUD.COM I credit my perseverance in a new country to my natural curiosity and love of the USA, bold outreach and willingness to check my ego at the door to grow and learn. I also subscribe to the philosophy that when you care, work hard and show up with passion, results will follow – in the form of earning the trust of business owners leading to rapid promotions. I address steep learning curves swiftly through industry and subject matter deep dives – and come out on the other side as an industry expert. I’ve had a longtime appreciation of American economics and politics and have been fascinated with its tech entrepreneurs (Bill Gates to Steve Jobs) since childhood. Perhaps it’s no surprise that I was always an early technology adopter in Venezuela and that today I remain glued to Bloomberg News to remain abreast of industry and financial trends.
