Logistics Coordinator. I am a proficient in tracking and tracing loads throughout land areas, doing an actively following up via phone calls and emails with drivers and carriers in the United States. Being in this position, has added to my background experience a skill as collaborate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. In addition, I have experience in Customer Service Representative bringing strong communication skills allowing me to achieve the objective of identify customer needs to provide effective solutions in alignment with the client's policies. This experience improved my skills in problem-solving, communication and active listening. On the other hand, I posses a bachelor of Social Sciences from the Universidad del Atlántico. Currently, I am enrolled in the fourth semester of a Bachelor's program in Foreign Languages with a specialization in English and French. I possess a strong command of written, spoken, and listening skills in English, allowing for seamless and fluent communication.
