I can imagine what you are thinking -“What a guy with a major in advertising is doing, working as an HR and L&D consultant in a tech company?”Well, the answer is straightforward: PEOPLE. I love working with people. Make them better and help them boost their careers and results.It can be as an Account Executive in advertising, where my job was to help companies and brands communicate better with consumers, or as a Headhunter, where I had to find the best talent for a specific role, or as a Relationship Manager/ Regional or Global Account Manager, helping companies attract and hire an develop their best talent or even helping Sales teams increase pipeline and creating new sales opportunities through Social Selling, it is always about communication (and communicating better) with PEOPLE.Throughout my career my goal is to help individuals, partners, and companies to be successful by getting then closer to take the best decision possible. Like a great player on a basketball game passing the ball to a team mate in order for the team to have more clean shoot and a better chance of success. For the last few years, I have had the fortune and pride to have joined - in its early days – the Relationship Manager’s team in LinkedIn for the entire Hispanic Latin America and, more recently, be part of the Global Accounts Program managing Linkedin´s biggest Clients in the world that have operations in the Latam region. Those incredible opportunities enabled me to develop personalized Sales, Brand, Talent, and Media solutions strategies for clients of all sizes, industries, and cultures. And that is nothing more rewarding then connecting with people from all around the world and exchanging knowledge, experiences, learn about their culture and way of thinking. This is what I enriches my hart and that I cherish with all my hart.
