About Carlos S.

With over 5 years of design experience and 10 years dedicated to event management, I have found that every project represents an opportunity to create something extraordinary. My background in graphic design allows me to communicate ideas visually and effectively, while my passion for event production has led me to lead teams, optimise resources and deliver unforgettable experiences. Throughout my career, I have assumed supervisory responsibilities in a pyrotechnics company (PetardosCM) with more than 500 workers, which has given me a solid perspective on team leadership and management of large-scale projects. At the same time, my role as a DJ and sound technician has led me to create unique atmospheres at festivals and events, coordinating not only the musical side, but also the logistics and technical production. My ability to adapt quickly and solve problems on the fly has made me a reliable and versatile professional. In addition to my professional career, I also play an active role in my local community, collaborating in municipal representation tasks and forming part of the board in an organisation dedicated to environmental protection (ADF). I have also founded several cultural initiatives to preserve popular traditions (Associació Ball de Diables de Carme) and a collective that promotes music in all its manifestations, thanks to a self-built sound system (KooyBass Sound System) that brings different styles and their culture closer to those who attend our events. Through these activities, I organise festivals, promote citizen participation and provide technical and logistical support in the production of events. My professional goal is to continue to grow efficiently and with the full confidence of those who work with me. I value autonomy and decision-making capacity, but above all, I firmly believe in collaboration and mutual support as fundamental pillars of success. I bring determination, ingenuity and a spirit of service to everything I do, always looking for new challenges that drive me to improve, both personally and professionally. That's me!
