I consider myself a quick learner, cheerful and friendly person. During my degree in Colombia, I work in important companies, starting as a data entry worker, thanks to that experience I was able to develop strong typing skills and attention to the details, as per my main duty was the ID verification, then as customer service and sales representative, my main duty was assisting customer through, chats, calls and emails, and offer different promotions for more deposit, packages and crypto conversions, after 2 years on that field I look growing opportunities as an Inventory analyst, thanks to my excel and office proficiencies and manage to improve the process on my department and become to include assistant manager duties, taking care of our 25 people team, shifts, performance, medical leave, and creating KPI to showcast the team performance to our customer in Miami USA. Motivated by my passion for the industry and a desire to excel, I am eager to embark on a new journey in Australia. I am enthusiastic about showcasing my abilities, committed to contributing positively to any team.
