Currently positioned as Head of Cloud & Datacenter Services, leading critical operations in hybrid and multicloud environments. I’m responsible for designing and leading technical and organizational structures, delivering managed services, strategic projects and mission-critical operations with a focus on predictability, governance and efficiency. I have more than 20 years' experience in IT and can easily navigate between technical execution and strategic vision. I have built teams from scratch, managed complex environments and restructured services to enable greater operational maturity. I value processes and continuous improvement as tools - not prerequisites - and believe that the basics done well are the foundation for any sustainable progress. My technical specialty is in distributed systems, microservices and resilient environments, with a strong focus on architecture, support and transformation of critical operations, including orchestration via Kubernetes and infrastructure automation. My background is multidisciplinary, with more than 20 certifications involving Cloud (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, FinOps, DevOps, Automation/Terraform, Observability and ITIL. I've worked in sectors such as banking/finance, government, education, integrators and consultancies, which has broadened my repertoire, resilience and ability to adapt. I consider myself a lifelong learner, always looking to bridge theory and practice.
