As the Director of Group Sales and Events at Castelfalfi, a luxury resort in heart of Tuscany, I oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of various events, such as weddings, conferences, and festivals. I have more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry, working with prestigious brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and D&D London. I have a bachelor's degree in Linguistic Expert for Management and Tourism from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and I speak Spanish, French, and Italian fluently. I have developed strong skills in event management, sales, marketing, budgeting, and customer service, as well as a passion for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. I am driven by the mission of Castelfalfi to promote the cultural and natural heritage of the region, and to offer a high-quality and sustainable service.
