I'm an editor, writer and accredited copywriter with 12+ years in the medical, dental and the publishing industry. I've worked with non-profits, charities, private companies and trade unions. Mostly in B2B and healthcare across digital and print. I've created content for doctors, dentists, writers, artists and lots more (including film fanatics, gardeners and teachers). Certified in content design and accredited in copywriting through the College of Media and Publishing, I’m all about creating content that lands with users – beyond just the words. Co-founded and ran online literary and arts magazine called Synaestheisa for seven years (2012-19). More than 10 short stories published, nominated for Best Microfiction (twice!) and a Pushcart Prize. A few career highlights: • Voted as Customer Champion in 2023 by peers at the MDU. • Achieved 76% boost in sales inquiries through on-page SEO improvements. • Redesigned the Society of Authors’ 130-year-old journal and introduced digital presence. • Guest panel speaker of editors at Birmingham Literary Festival in 2017. • Produced Irish Dentistry magazine's highest-earning edition for its 20th anniversary in 2018. • Judge and co-host of the Irish Dentistry Awards in Dublin, Ireland (2014-17).
