About Carlotta Schnabel

With over a decade's experience in the design industry, my expertise lies at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product planning. At cc-tapis, I am committed to driving business growth through strategic market analysis and relationship building, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of interior design innovation. Our team's dedication mirrors the organization's mission to combine aesthetic excellence with strategic commercial objectives, fostering a culture of collaborative success. In my current role, we have successfully expanded our presence across key markets, particularly in the US and APAC regions, which now stand as our leading markets. My approach involves a hands-on direction of complex projects, from Private Labels to B2B contracts and e-commerce, aligning cross-departmental efforts to prioritize growth and profitability. Leveraging skills in trend analysis and pricing, our team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets, thanks to the close relationships we nurture with top dealers and designers.
