Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong aptitude as an implementer and decisive program director, particularly in areas such as Data Privacy, Enterprise Risk Management & Corporate Resiliency, and Business Continuity Management Systems. My leadership has been pivotal in ensuring organizational preparedness and resilience, culminating in the successful certification audits for major ISO standards including QMS, ISMS, and ITSM for more than ten (10) consecutive years. I am recognized for my ability to integrate ISO standards seamlessly into strategic management systems across diverse organizational landscapes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
