About Carly Adams

I completed my Bachelor of Business (Property) at UniSA late 2013. Throughout the degree I acquired specialised knowledge in areas of management, valuation, development and investment along with various areas of business. In July 2013, I began my career with MRS Property as an Assistant Property Manager. After a few years with them, I left the company to travel around the world for 8 months, gaining a lot of life experience along the way. I returned in November 2015 and resumed my position in the company. From then, I continued to develop and moved up to the role of an Asset Manager. My portfolio consisted of 23 properties containing a mix of retail and office tenancies. As of March 2018, I left MRS Property and joined the team at Adelaide Airport as an Assistant Retail and Commercial Manager of the Terminal. I managed the day to day operations of the 33 retailers within Terminal 1, whilst the airport undertook a $165 million expansion project. I worked closely with the retailers to deliver the best passenger experience, which in turn maximised shareholder return. In 2019. I moved back into the commercial property space, as a Senior Commercial Property Manager for the Department for Transport and Infrastructure (DIT). My portfolio consists of 5 CBD buildings and 4 metro Government owned assets. I am positive, highly motivated and passionate in my attitude towards my career with DIT and the quality and standard of service provided to stakeholders.
