Carly was the first person in the UK to receive a prescription for herbal Cannabis privately since the law change in 2018. Following the NHS move to block Medical Cannabis prescriptions, she is now working on a project called ‘Carly’s Amnesty’ which is, in collaboration with Police, working with the Home Office to petition for none prosecution agreements for patients forced to grow their own supply.
