Engagement Manager at DVE Business Solutions (DVE)- Changing Education from the Inside out. I am passionate about seeing change implemented across the Higher Education sector, with my work at DVE Business Solutions. My experience means that I can provide expertise in change management, registrations & accreditations, process improvement, system implementation and project management solutions to the Higher Education. As a team, DVE team undertakes process improvement, registration projects, organisational reviews, technology implementation and project management solutions across Australia and New Zealand. We bring together SMEs in a range of areas, with my particular focus on TEQSA and other accreditations. My current role of Engagement Manager at DVE Business Solutions means I can use my specialist skills in Human Resources and Communications across the Higher Education sector. I have a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management) and demonstrated experience in HR, combined with 7 years experience in niche Higher Education consulting across a range of projects. I love working to support clients to achieve their strategic goals, make a difference to outcomes, implement solutions, and provide clarity in difficult areas, such as re-registrations and change projects. As well as assisting clients, I also have a key role within DVE, keeping the High Performing Team functioning well and ensuring the DVE Culture is alive and well as the company grows. A leadership role in ensuring the culture and supporting the extended DVE team, I keep a focus on the people who make the team so effective. Along with this, I'm also Business Manager for the Telstra Business Award Finalist Animal Therapeutics Online. Supplying Activo Med Therapy Systems to the most elite equine teams in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that the horses remain in peak condition to win and perform at their best.
