About Carly Brown

I've had an interest in entrepreneurship and business for as long as I can remember, and decided to combine my love of numbers and solving math problems and ended up interested in studying accounting. I was inspired by my uncle who started his career as a CPA and was very successful. I'm also great with technology and discovered a love for information management during my time at the University of Tennessee and that combined my love of numbers and knack for technology through databases and information. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration focused on Accounting and Information Management. I worked in retail to support myself through college, and worked with Ross until I found a career position. I learned leadership, teamwork, and independence. I was typically Front End Supervisor was in charge of the main cash register, calling for back-up, and processing returns. I started working with BiT Dealership Software in June of 2016. I started as a Software Support Consultant and worked in that role for four years. I learned the ropes quickly and effectively ran the department when I ended up being the only person on the team six months in. In February 2020, I was promoted to Support Team Leader. My responsibilities have included-Managing the support team -Resolving escalated issues -Automating and enhancing support processes -Creating Quality Control methods and providing analysis on data collected -Organizing and improving documentation -Analyzing information and reporting -Managing Software Platforms I love to play tennis and listen to music in my free time.
