I’ve built my career at the intersection of HR business partnering, people leadership, and recruiting - shaping teams through early stage startup growth, the rigor and momentum of an IPO, and the complexity of post-acquisition life at a larger tech company. I’ve worked across multiple phases of scale, but I’ve found my sweet spot in fast-moving enterprise SaaS environments, where there’s real impact and ambition paired with the challenge of getting it right for people. As Director, HRBP at Airtable, I have the pleasure of working with our global GTM leaders. I focus on performance, development, and org design - helping leaders navigate change while building cultures that are both high performing and healthy. I care deeply about the people behind the work, and I believe thoughtful, strategic people practices can make a real impact on business outcomes and the day-to-day experience of showing up to work.
