About Carly Fleury

Why, how and why not can lead to great discoveries, changes and growth. I rarely miss an opportunity to ask why something is the way it is or how it works or why it cannot be done another way. I thrive when I am intellectually challenged and in an environment that offers opportunities to learn new things. I not only enjoy finding issues before a product is delivered to end users but even more so I enjoy digging in to identify why something is not quite right. After graduating Saint Michael's College with a double major in elementary education and philosophy, I had decided teaching was not my path. I spent the next 13 years of my career at what started out as Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and would ultimately become Keurig Dr. Pepper. I held a variety of roles from call center to outsource coordinator to order management SME and finally to fraud prevention analyst. During my time at Keurig I gained experience in a number of areas including business analysis, data analysis, fraud prevention, project management, and a deep understanding of e-commerce, ERP order management, and payments which ultimately led me to my career in IT. Following my time at Keurig Dr Pepper, I spent 4 years as a QA engineer at OnLogic, a growing industrial computer company. I helped transform and enhance the software and integration testing space on the IT team. I enjoyed working closely with the business analysts and developers to not only provide quality solutions to our business partners but also the right solutions. Being part of a small, growing team, allowed me to appreciate the successes that come from collaboration and innovation. I have spent the last 2 years at American Meadows performing a wide variety of IT duties with a focus on eCommerce and team and project management. I worked closely with the team to launch a headless PWA shortly for both our brand s after my tenure began and I am currently acting as IT Analyst on transitioning our sites to Shopify.As a person who loves to learn new things and take on new challenges, I am always open and looking forward to new opportunities. I love using those skills to find the gaps, solve problems, and create efficiencies and improvements. The skills I possess can be applied in a variety of industries. As long as I can continue to ask why, how and why not, I will be able to find satisfaction in my work and will be a valuable asset to any company I work for.
