What started as a volunteer opportunity has turned in to a career. I am an Auto Claims Adjuster II at Frankenmuth Insurance handling first and third party losses from beginning to end. I assess damages, determine coverage, and approve estimates as well as determining and negotiating liability based on state negligence laws. In 2005 and 2006, I volunteered twice to assist those who were devastated by Hurricane Katrina, and found a passion for helping those in need. This helped me find my place in the insurance industry where I assist those customers who are experiencing the worst day - or months- of their lives. Life is unpredictable, and insurance is there for those life altering disasters. I take pride in being that person to help others pick up the pieces and put their lives back together. I love to travel and experience different cultures. Speaking with people across the nation has fostered my understanding and knowledge about the diversity around us every day. I can't wait to keep learning and developing my professional and personal life through my career.
