About Carly Kohut

As the Service Manager at Focus Hyundai, I lead with a simple philosophy: Work Hard. Have Fun. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering top-tier customer experiences, and driving operational excellence in every aspect of fixed operations. With a hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on results, I specialize in improving service efficiency, boosting team productivity, and creating a culture rooted in accountability, integrity, and empowerment. I believe great service starts with great people—so I invest in coaching, process improvement, and clear communication to keep both our customers and our team moving forward. Whether it’s launching creative service campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, or mentoring the next generation of advisors and technicians, I take pride in combining strategy with execution. I’m also working toward becoming a Fixed Operations Manager to oversee both service and parts, and continue driving value at a broader scale. Outside of work, you’ll find me hosting friends and family, experimenting in the kitchen or planning my next travel adventure—always with my dog, Baz, close by.
