About Carly Telander

Hi, I'm Carly, a Product Manager with a background in customer support and management. I started my career at Branch as a Customer Support Representative, and worked my way up to Team Lead, Senior Manager, and eventually Director of Support. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, which inspired me to pursue a career in Product Management. As a Product Manager, I bring a unique perspective to the role, drawing on my experience in customer support and management to drive customer-centric product strategies. I am dedicated to identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. I hold a Degree in Communication from University of Missouri, and have completed the Pragmatic product management courses. I am excited to continue my journey as a Product Manager and make a meaningful impact on the industry.
