Hello, I’m Carly! Professional experience ‍: I have accumulated extensive experience in the customer service sector throughout my career. While studying at sixth form & university between the ages of 17 and 21, I worked at Costa Coffee. This first job significantly enhanced my fundamental skills in delegating tasks, assisting customers, and leading a team. After graduating from university at 21, I transitioned into the insurance industry and joined the renewals team at Insync as an insurance broker. My dedication and strong work ethic enabled me to consistently hit targets every month, earning a couple of awards in the process. In October 2023, I was promoted to the role of senior leader for the renewals team. In this capacity, I am responsible for training new starters, supporting the team, assisting with interviews, helping vulnerable clients and supporting my manager. I am naturally very organised, efficient, and understand the importance of time management.
