I am an ambitious and results-driven professional with a diverse background in Economics, Psychology, and Psychometrics. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a double major in Psychology from Emory University, I've consistently demonstrated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.96/4.0. In my present role as a Psychometric Support Analyst at Cambium Assessment, I've collaborated with state education boards to develop science tests for primary through high school students. I've spearheaded initiatives to enhance quality check processes, leveraging tools like Excel and R code to streamline operations and improve efficiency. As a Research Assistant in the Economics Department at Emory University, I contributed to a multi-million dollar grant proposal, conducted extensive data analysis, and created compelling visuals to illustrate economic literature gaps. Additionally, my experience as a Sale Associate and Customer Service Representative at Roberta's Gardens equipped me with strong communication and problem-solving skills, resulting in successful sale and customer satisfaction. Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm deeply passionate about leadership and community involvement. As a Project Leader at Glen Afric, I managed international volunteer groups and organized impactful excursions. My involvement with 180 Degrees Consulting allowed me to lead digital marketing campaigns and foster teamwork in problem-solving environments. I've also conducted research projects exploring the intersectoin of coding experience and wages, as as well as changes in saving behavior throughout college, utilizing Python programming for in-depth analysis and reporting. Outside of work, I enjoy humanitarian work, playing pickleball, traveling (South Africa as of late), participating in trivia nights, indulging in true crime documentaries, and occasionally seeking thrills through adventures such as skydiving.
