I am a professional Business Analyst with over 20 years' experience in the distribution/retail industry and IT. In my career, my primary focus area has been in the area of Supply Chain Management, covering the flow from Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning, Replenishment and Warehouse Management. Master Data (products, vendors and locations) has also been an area of interest and responsibility for me. I have performed the role of Business Analyst, IT Project Lead and Data Migration lead for several years in many small to mid-size projects, and more recently on larger scale projects involving multiple internal business units and third party vendors. These projects have included managing small teams of developers and working with people from all levels of the business and IT. My technology background is in the Mainframe space but has also touched on the Client/Server architecture through the implementation of third-party supply-chain products ICS and I2.
