My journey began in the insurance industry, where I spent 5 years as a Business/Data Analyst. During this time, I honed my advanced Excel skills, developed a deep understanding of Power BI, particularly in creating and optimising time intelligence reports, and found a genuine passion for uncovering solutions through data-driven insights. I spent a decade mastering the Salesforce platform, empowering teams by optimizing workflows and streamlining data management processes. My expertise in Salesforce has not only enhanced operational efficiency but also improved user experience and reporting accuracy. Currently, I’m channeling my experience and passion into a role as a Data Manager for a remarkable charity that supports young people in Gloucestershire. In this capacity, I leverage data to help the organisation expand its reach and impact. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, I’m enabling the charity to better understand its community, optimise its programs, and ultimately, make a greater difference in the lives of young people.
