Founder/Owner of Omniscient Investments, LLC. https://omnivestments.business.site I fell in love with multifamily property management in May of 2020. I then had the opportunity to read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Rob Kiyosaki in November of that year. I quickly decided that I needed to focus on figuring out how to become the owner of a multifamily property. Shortly thereafter I dropped out of the database management classes I was taking, made my LLC, and started educating myself on anything real estate. November of 2021, I became a licensed real estate agent. After fumbling through a year of chasing single family leads, I discovered the concept of multifamily syndication. I have since been building my investor CRM and analyzing properties in order to organize my first deal. Currently, I work full time as an Assistant Property Manager at a luxury multifamily property in Norman, OK, and use my spare time to work on my business. I intend to use my commission as the buying agent for the purchasing entity in order to invest 1% of the purchase price towards the deal. I am actively looking for investors to carry 99% of the capital load. 3 Year Goal: To successfully close on my first multifamily deal. 5 Year Goal: To begin using this passive income towards community improvement projects - I.e. homelessness, unemployment, at risk youths, etc. 10 Year Goal: To have fully completed 2-3 full cycles on multifamily deals.
