Currently, I am and my tasks include-Contributing to the implementation of Group internal M&A transactions and other equity-related projects -Negotiating equity deal structures with the international senior management of the Group and preparing respective presentations for Board approval -Analyzing business plans, corporate performance data, shareholder structures, and respective equity considerations -Serving as a sparring partner for senior management, including the preparation and presentation of comprehensive analysis material as a basis for decision making -Screening of supervisory materials and involvement in mandate management Before I gained experience in consulting, in banks within Europe and the Central Bank of Austria with focus on related topics for more than 4 years.
