I am very excited and passionate about the opportunity to pursue a career in Logistics as a Logistics Specialist. My background demonstrates 15 years of experience in law enforcement, probation, and social services. I bring with me a wealth of transferable skills in logistics, planning, and coordination and am confident my skills will be an asset to your organization.My long-term experience in Probation/Parole and roles in Child Protective Services and with the Department of Family and Protective Services have enabled me to gain a well-rounded sense of investigative, supervisory and relationship building skills. In each instance, I have gained skills in managing caseloads, conducting investigations, overseeing court reports, testifying virtually or in person, providing credible testimonies and counseling when necessary. I have also had experience in re-entry, educational attainment and peer group behavior management, additionally I was responsible for the implementation and training of Milwaukee County-Division of Youth and Family Services, Aftercare Unit departmental policies, procedures and documents.With a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida A&M University, I am well-versed in problem-solving and investigations. My educational background, in combination with my professional experience, make me ideally suited to serve in the role of a Logistics Specialist.
