About Carmen Liu

I'm a data-first problem solver with over a decade of experience turning complex business challenges into actionable analytics, scalable data pipelines, and intuitive dashboards. I specialize in building reporting ecosystems that unlock insights, influence decision-making, and drive measurable outcomes—from customer funnel optimization to cross-platform data integration. At The Home Depot, I’ve led enterprise analytics initiatives supporting stores, designed performance frameworks for national rollouts, and built dynamic databases adopted across multiple business units. I’ve also shaped product strategy through insights, mentored junior analysts, and operationalized data to support frontline execution. My toolkit includes SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms—paired with a strategic mindset, stakeholder fluency, and a bias for action. I’m currently deepening my expertise in data engineering through MIT xPro and exploring opportunities where I can lead with data, influence with clarity, and scale solutions that make an impact. Let’s connect if you’re building data teams, scaling platforms, or solving tough business problems with analytics.
