Background

About Carmen MacKay

I am a Receptionist with the reliability, diligence and maturity to present a professional and welcoming image to customers, while providing them with high levels of service. From Customer Service Officer and Receptionist roles, to my most recent position as a Cashier, my career has involved exceeding the expectations of customers by creating solutions, rather than objections. Whatever unusual request a customer might have, I understand the impact of their satisfaction on the bottom line and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner. Whether receiving, directing or screening calls, booking catering, or maintaining a database, I attribute my success to the personable and efficient reception I provide to customers as their first contact point. Recognised by colleagues and managers for being friendly and helpful, I am often called upon to help out with other’s workloads and I enjoy supporting those around me. I am known for being positive. Customers at the front desk have a quality experience with the service I provide.
