About Carmen Peraita

My main Social Skills and Competences are as follow: I have Good Ability to Adapt to Multicultural Environments (Extensive Traveler), Good Communication Skills (Work Experience), Team Spirit (Played as an Amateur in a Basketball Team, and in a Classical Dance Company), Good Social Perceptiveness (Work Experience- Capacity of being aware of other’s reactions and understanding why they react as they do), and High Negotiation Capacity (Work Experience- Capacity to easily bring others together and try to reconcile differences). I also have Good Interpersonal Skills so I consider Me an Easygoing person. I have Leadership abilities (Currently Manage Projects in Different Airports with Different Teams), and I'm Resourceful, and Diplomatic (Used to Negotiate with Different Groups of Interest). I define myself as an extensive traveler that loves meeting people from other cultures. My main hobbies are skating, running, painting, and spending time outdoors. I enjoy a lot with my kids and feel privileged to be able to take part in their big little lives and interests. My main challenges in job are having an international experience in a foreign company which could let me learn different ways of running airport business. At home, my main challenge is being able to guide my kids to their own development and happiness.
