About Carmen Pham

Throughout my career, I've continuously sought after opportunities that challenged me to change organizational behavior. They are my "lightbulb moments" because I'm pushed to merge my business acumen with interpersonal skills to implement change or create solutions. My goals when seeking these opportunities are 1) sharpen my business acumen by working across different teams or departments and 2) understand people better to learn about what impacts their behavior when adopting changes. This has led me to pursuing my MBA and now I am currently an MBA candidate at Boston University. Previously as an Operations Lead, the core of my focus was to be empathetic and understand the problems my department encountered to develop and implement solutions that have a positive impact on the daily routine of team members and the department's overall efficiency.
