Current role is senior supervisor for RF CUNY. Monitored, trained, and support the work of 12 Aftercare Supervisors and ensure that resource interview activities are conducted according to applicable protocols; provided ongoing trainings. Facilitate subcommittees and team meetings on skill development and program improvements. Coached and supervise navigators. Conduct case reviews with Navigators for case assessment and quality management. Tracked progress in organization's initiatives. Skilled in program management, community engagement and outreach, program design and evaluation, survey development and administration, research implementation, public health advocacy, and health education. Promote the quality of evidence-based programs, support the highest standards of professionalism in the field, and advocate for policies to establish community health. In addition 30 plus years experienced in Practice Administration. I have progressive experience in healthcare administration and regulatory compliance, budget and financial analysis, employee and resource management, promoting sleep and wellness, and evaluating initiatives to effectively manage public health programs. I am skilled in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Medical Billing and Coding, Physician Liaison, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and Healthcare and Program Management. In my spare time I advocate for children with learning differences and facilitate for the Parent Leaders Training Institute promoting advocacy and civic engagement.
