About Carmen Singer

In pervious jobs I have acquired skills of team work, customer service, and persistence. Proof of my dedicated work style is easy to spot in my work history. While working at Safeway as an entry courtesy clerk, I quickly moved my way up the ladder to bookkeeping within a matter of months. As a bookkeeper I had the responsibility of running a customer service booth, checking and changing cashier tills, being a certified Western Union Agent, doing safe counts and audits, and running employee breaks. With my current company, Little Whale Swim School I became a manager within 7 months of working here. I currently teach 70+ students of my own, throughout the week. On top of my own students I do extended training management. Through this position I help our teachers with their teaching style, explain more in-depth the reasoning behind our curriculum, and how to create a nurturing environment for their students. Some other responsibilities include running front desk, helping parents with questions about their students progress, any policy questions/information, all with a smile and leaving the customer with all the information they need. As a manager I train employees in our front desk position, showing them how our system through IClassPro.
