About Carmen Valle

I take pride in helping people whether it’s in Fitness or finding a home. My goal is to help you live a better quality life in the home of your dreams. Even if you are a first time home buyer or looking for investments, I will do whatever it takes to help you get to closing! I teach donation based classes as well as Private clients. I create a space that celebrates that Yoga is for all, where we express our individuality through a Spiritual Practice. Where Yoga isn't treated like a workout or just a good stretch and it isn't solely about the physical practice and more focus on its Ethnic Origin, a Practice that was developed thousands of years ago perhaps longer than we will ever truly know. Which is why, I want to create a space that stirs away from any appropriation and colonizing of Yoga and acknowledge where this Practice comes from and show gratitude, that it isn't this wash down commodity that has been created in its image. I want to teach that Yoga IS IN all of US and IS FOR ALL of us to help people connect, express, and find Spiritual Enlightenment.
