I am a Customer Operations Manager at Avenue Logistics, a leading provider of logistics solutions for businesses across the US. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management & Policy, where I learned the fundamentals of the healthcare industry, policy analysis, and financial management. I have developed core competencies in training, operations management, and management, which I apply to my current role and previous experiences. Before joining Avenue Logistics in Sep 2022, I worked as a Financial Counselor at Northwestern Medicine for three years, where I identified and counseled financially unsecured patients regarding payment options or financial assistance programs. I processed 25+ determinations per week, offering free or discounted care up to per patient, and coordinated with affiliated third-party Free Care Clinics throughout the Chicago-land area. I also completed a five-month Operations Management Internship at Fish Window Cleaning, where I was responsible for managing staff, sales, and cleaning windows, as well as providing excellent customer service, organizing billing invoices, and overseeing daily team meetings. In my current and past roles, I have demonstrated my ability to work with diverse teams, communicate effectively, and deliver quality results. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, and I am eager to learn new skills and grow professionally.
