I'm a speaker, trainer and transformation Life Coach with over 10 years experience helping thousands of women transform their lives with a unique blend of yoga, meditation, visualization, and tapping (EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique). My passion is helping women remove the blocks and barriers that keep them from living a life with less stress and more peace, passion and fulfillment. Together we work to incorporate a togetherness of body and mind that achieves inner and outer balance, fulfilment in life purpose and the discovery of their own personal ZEN. Zen is the ability to achieve and maintain inner calm and peace of mind.
