About Carol Bedus

Nominated and Won an award for my outstanding contributions as a team player from McKesson and was nationally recognized. Highly motivated individual with experience in quality assurance call monitoring for a fortune 500 company with several locations. During my time at McKesson I gained much diverse experience in several different fields. I have played a lead role in; 2 company migration’s, worked with EMR, Salesforce, JDE, Cisco, Agenta, Verint, mentored new QAC’s, trained new hires and leadership, coached CSR’s, assisted in new hire interviews, ran various reports for leadership. I am trained in cross-functional team leadership, project management and am willing to do some traveling. My former positions with WebMD and Hudson Home healthcare gave me the opportunity to learn; Sales, website maintenance, HCPC coding, ICD 9, & 10, JCHO, reading sleep studies and knowing the guidelines for private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid coverage for patient equipment. I worked as a Case Manager for Olsten health service on a Cigna contract assisting patients needs for equipment and coverage. I have a very diverse back ground and welcome new challenges that will add to my skill set. I am open to change and being flexible to keep up with today's demands. I have a very Strong work ethic, drive, accountability and capability to stay focused on performance and commitments. I Work well under time restraints, deadlines and can supervise a team.
