About Carol Beebe

Carol Beebe is currently executive vice president of two successful businesses in both Whatcom and Skagit County. With over thirty employees, Carol puts into action best leadership and business practices that ensure company growth and giving back to the local community. She is passionate about helping other business leaders create a culture in which employees thrive on serving customers, each other, and are motivated to achieve excellence in all they do. She is a certified life coach through Creative Results Management, approved by the International Coaching Federation. Carol is also certified in the Strong Interest Inventory career assessment. Carol has an MA in Educational Curriculum and worked as an educator for over twenty-seven years. She brings her background in teaching to her coaching practice; guiding clients with clarity and a clear pathway to accomplish their goals. Carol also brings her experience from the sport world to help clients accomplish significant goals. Over the years, she has competed in over thirty-five races, including completing two Ironman.
