When I work with buyers I spend a great deal of time educating them as to the market conditions. In doing so I find that I am able to get my clients confident that the offers they are making are realistic for the market conditions. I have taught classes for first time buyers and truly love working with them. If there are obstacles to their ability to purchase a home, I help them create a plan to overcome those obstacles. For sellers I use my 34 years of experience to anticipate and avoid problems that could make selling a home more stressful than it needs to be. I like to get inspections up front so sellers are prepared for what issues might need to be dealt with when we have a buyer. I am empathetic and patient so I am able to work well with people going through difficult times. I work especially well with senior citizens and single women who have never handled financial matters before.
