I am owner/wellness coach of a weight loss centre in Castlegar called A Brand New Me Lifestyle Transformation featuring the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is just not another diet it is a treatment for a dysfunctional pancreas that causes the over production of insulin.
