About Carol Driver

I am a loyal leader who works extremely well in all levels of an organization. I have the ability to create a team environment that fosters sense of accountability, teamwork, and dedication. I have managed in both a non union and unionized environment which has enhanced my already solid foundation in people management. In my experience, I have had very low attrition rates and brought together a team of individuals who were all bought into the same goal and strived to exceed expectations. I was chosen to represent Ritchie Bros. in a provincial program called Minerva - Women Leading the Way. In that program, I had the opportunity to learn from and network with industry leaders. After the course was complete, I was asked to come back as a panelist to discuss my success on how to build a team with the new students. In addition, I received my certificate for Leading Others: Management Skills from UBC Sauder Executive Education which has enabled me to utilize my Clifton strengths to capitalize on my strengths while recognizing my blind spots. I am a culture driven servant leader who is able to manage the needs of the business while ensuring psychological safety for my team.
