With over three decades at Northrop Grumman, my journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to leading systems engineering and program management efforts within the aerospace sector. At the heart of my professional philosophy is a mission to seamlessly integrate advanced space systems, embodying the pioneering spirit of Northrop Grumman. My leadership is defined by a dedication to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, fostering a culture of innovation, and bringing a wealth of diverse perspectives to the table. As Vice President of Digital Transformation, I've been responsible for driving transformational change across the Space Sector and have been a key leader on our enterprise Digital Transformation Office. Prior to leading digital transformation, I was the corporate capture executive for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent acquisition and ensured we brought the best of NGC and industry together to meet the needs of our nation's next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missille system. As the Vice President of Engineering for Space Systems, I ensured our engineering teams performed on critical programs, including the James Webb Space Telescope and the Space Tracking and Surveillance System. These roles have honed my leadership and technical skills, allowing me to contribute significantly to our nation's security and scientific discovery.
