I have over 25 years of experience in driving culture change, talent development, and strategic communication across all types and size of companies. I am passionate about investing in people and creating a culture that aligns with the company's purpose and values, and that fosters engagement, innovation, and performance. I have successfully led the reconfiguration of HR systems and processes for greater efficiency and automation, coached executive leaders and teams toward high performance, implemented strategic succession planning, and won national awards for leading communications to employees. I have also assessed and made significant compensation adjustments to compete in the market for key roles, improved onboarding through 30-60-90 day plans and pulse checks, and increased retention through training leaders on effective 1:1s, HRBPs conducting stay interviews, and employee benefits. I am a certified Corporate Coach, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
