About Carol Hill

First and foremost I am an independent small business owner/operator whose practices and principles are based on a foundation of professional integrity, effective communication and interpersonal relationship building through maintaining a workplace that’s diverse and inclusive. Over the past 30+ years I have been blessed with a variety of professional opportunities and experiences that have shaped who I am and continue to work to be; a leader & a coach who is motivated by helping to make the world a better place. My current goals: to expand my store to a multiple structured organization, to become an employer of choice, to contribute to my local community’s economic growth, and to truly support my local community in continuing to prosper. Besides being an entrepreneur, I have been a nurse and nurse leader for over 25 years. Additionally, I am a certified professional coach with a specialty in leadership develop and am a lean six sigma green belt. Although my primary focus is the growth and expansion of Just Chill Custom Gifting By Carol LLC, I am also open to 1099 contracted nursing services and I will continue to provide professional coaching services on an as needed basis. Entrepreneurial Spirit: I am the current Owner/Lead Happiness Ambassador of Just Chill Custom Gifting By Carol, the CEO and Senior Coach and Consultant for LEAD Coaching & Consulting Services LLC, and the former CEO and Senior Healthcare Leadership Consultant for my part-time company Beyond the Basics Healthcare Consulting LLC. Additionally, as an avid part-time photographer I have owned and operated two photography businesses (Carol Hill’s Photography ) and (Jolie Noir Photography 2015-2017).
