I have a background in education and spent time as a draughtsman. Embracing the challenge of change has allowed me to work in vastly different careers which allowed me to realise that whatever I put my mind to, I can achieve. I am hard working and take pride in what I do. I believe that all people can learn and grow regardless of age or circumstances. I enjoy working with people and the interaction that the training environment provides. I started at Servest SA as a Sales Training Facilitator where I developed and facilitated product and process training for Sales Executives of the Office Services division. Constantly updating material with the latest information related to our industry was a challenge but it allowed for the development of new course content as needs required. I was recently appointed as Salesforce Administrator. I am responsible for the training, monitoring and support of users of Salesforce as a CRM in our business. Managing user profiles and ensuring they upload quality data to our platform is one of my administrative responsibilities. Liaising with stakeholders allows me to understand the business needs and ensure that our users provide the visibility of relevant sales information. Regardless of what role I play, I believe that we should be the change we want to see in the world. What I do allows me to make a difference.
