I love simplifying processes and solving problems! My base training was in finance, where I qualified and worked for multi national companies, receiving the discipline and experience needed to deliver the extreme accuracy, attention to detail and repetitive deadlines. I am a certified software developer, developing in everything from Cobol to the latest Content Management System environments. It is really the approach -v- the language that counts. My discipline and understanding of how good systems should behave and function makes me an ideal systems architect with the experience and skill to design, manage and deliver complex IT projects. I believe it is all about understanding the problem, having the discipline and training and lastly the passion to deliver- a team player- fixes problems not blame- worry about the detail- solve the puzzle- do it calmly- in language that everyone can understand
