About Carol Odonnell

As a career coach, my approach is to provide a place where challenging conversations are met with integrity and insights that empower my clients to achieve their desired objectives. I work with a range of diverse clients including: senior leaders, technical professionals, academics, college students, and newcomers to Canada. I started my career providing strategic HR advice in the public sector then moved to the private sector gaining experience crossing all lines of business from Marketing to IT. My range of clients include Chief Information Officers to post-secondary students. My experience and business acumen provides perspective to help my clients understand the labour market and navigate the job search process. Whether you’ve carved your own path, as in career development, or you were veered in a direction not of your own choosing through redeployment, my aim is to inspire and facilitate the process — turning ideas into action. For me, career coaching is a collaborative conversation that starts with: “imagine what’s possible.” My areas of expertise include:career coaching, interview techniques, leadership development, workshop facilitation, resumé writing, job search techniques, and team coaching.
