Carol O'Reilly is a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Change Strategist, Facilitator and Executive Coach, who specializes in assisting organizations and the individuals within them to reach their highest potential. With 30+ years of international experience working with CEO’s, HR Directors, C-Suite staff, and leaders at all levels of organisations, her range of consulting areas includes: Organizational Design, Talent Frameworks & Talent Development, Culture Based Transformation, Strategic Facilitation, Leadership Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Multi-cultural Team Building, Creative Employee Engagement, and Relationship and Stakeholder Management Core to Carol’s work is her deep listening skills and processes to assist in unearthing and crafting innovative and distinctively organizational-specific strategic solutions for her clients that their people can engage in and commit to. Born and raised in the USA, and living in Europe for over 30 years, Carol has Irish/American dual citizenship and works with clients both domestically and abroad. When she is not working with clients, she devotes her time to supporting individuals and organisations who understand the concept of a Growth mindset and who embrace continuous learning as core to life’s journey. Carol has recently become a Board Member of Energy Mentors, a 501(c)(3) public charity, whose aim is to help the next generation, under-served communities, and other non-profit organizations shape our shared, sustainable energy future.
