I am a highly results-driven, internationally experienced Company Director with a proven track record of delivery. I am also known for being a highly insightful and supportive team player/leader with infectious enthusiasm who works well under extreme pressure. I am currently the Company Secretary and Chief Operating Office responsible for the Governance and supporting systems and processes for an international academic charity International Schools of Business Management. I am also an INSEAD Alumni Balance in Business Impact Mentor and Executive Committee member. Throughout my career I have been committed to supporting women and people from other minority groups to thrive in the workplace. I have extensive experience of working with large multi-national organisations including Procter & Gamble, PwC, and Fujitsu Services; as well as educational institutions such as INSEAD (The European Institute of Business Administration), of which I am an alumna and former employee, and International Schools of Business Management, of which I am a board officer. I am an excellent communicator/listener with strong people management skills: coaching and mentoring to improve individual and team performance; inspiring others to raise their game; getting results by motivating people; and successful at influencing senior stakeholders across cultures. A commercially aware, results oriented problem solver, I understand the need to balance risk and reward to get the job done successfully; I have an exceptional track record of winning new business with a win rate of greater than 95% over the past 10 years; one client achieving 10/10 for the qualitative evaluation of a rebid to a major government organisation and beating one of the ‘Big Four’. Acting in the role of Bid Consultant/Business Analyst, I secured £5m of funding from the NHS England Safer Hospitals Safer Wards Technology Fund. This was one of the largest awards in the country for any healthcare Trust. A Henley Business School qualified Coach, INSEAD Balance in Business Impact Mentor, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner/Trainer trained by and assisted Sue Knight (author of NLP at Work) and Management of Risk Practitioner. I am fluent in English and French; and understand basic German.
