About Carol Ramirez

With over six years of work experience in human resources and employee relations, I am a passionate and dedicated Co-Chair of the Voces@Disney BERG at The Walt Disney Company. I lead the strategy and execution of the BERG's initiatives and programs, such as mentoring, networking, cultural awareness, and professional development, to empower and support the Hispanic/Latinx community within Disney and beyond. I also leverage my skills in HR, training, and recruiting as a Qualifications Specialist in the Contingent Workforce Management team, where I ensure the compliance and quality of the contingent workforce across the company. My mission is to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture, where everyone can thrive and contribute to the company's vision and values. I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Graduate Certificate in Employer-Employee Relations and Personnel Management from California State University, Long Beach, and I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am excited to bring my skills, experience, and perspective to any team or project that aligns with my field of expertise and passion.
