I am a strategic, creative thinking fundraising professional with extensive experience in relationship development, corporate sponsorship and event management. At the National MS Society, I am currently responsible for Individual Giving for the East Central region which includes the Carolinas, Virginias, DC and Maryland. Prior to this role I supported relationships through leadership and mass market events. As the Director of Community Relations at Safe Alliance, I was responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with community partners and corporations through the creation and activation of beneficial sponsorship packages that resulted in the support of agency initiatives and services. I also planned, managed and executed all agency events with an emphasis on fund revenue, brand awareness and donor growth. Prior to joining Safe Alliance, I was the Director of Special Services for Dale Earnhardt Inc. where I set the standard for all special events and experiences highlighting the life of the legendary NASCAR Champion Dale Earnhardt. During this time, I managed several high profile cross-partnership marketing initiatives with sponsors, drivers and celebrities. I was also responsible for the creation of additional revenue streams through the start up of the Company's retail store and first-ever private dining room. Prior to arrivng in Charlotte, I spent 16 years as a Hospitality Executive in the meeting and travel industry both in the USA and Europe. In Orlando, I produced corporate meetings for many Fortune 500 companies and partnered with Walt Disney World in creating receptive tour programs for clients. While in Europe I managed tours and specialized programs for one of the world's largest Tour Operators
